Terms of use

FamilyPhotoLab is run by a small independent team (“we” in these terms). It makes AI pictures and short videos from photos you upload, using third-party AI models through the LaoZhang API. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Pictures are generated by AI models for entertainment. A baby picture shows a plausible look-alike, not a genetic, medical or paternity prediction. Results can be imperfect, and two runs from the same photos differ.

Upload only photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to it, and only photos you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your photos and to the pictures made for you, and you are responsible for how you use and share them. Follow the acceptable use policy.

The first preview needs no account. To buy, you sign in with Google; your purchases belong to that account. Creating accounts or using other networks to get more free previews is not allowed.

Prices are one-time, in US dollars and before any sales tax: the full baby set is $9.90, a single picture without watermark $4.90. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Checkout is handled by Waffo.com Limited, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your order, which charges your card, collects any tax that applies and appears on your statement. A purchase covers one set of uploaded photos.

The set is made as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally in about 90 seconds; the video takes about two minutes after you pick a picture. Because uploaded photos are deleted after 24 hours, buy the set within that time. Pictures stay available to download for 30 days.

If your set or video could not be made, or pictures are missing, we redo them or refund you in full — write to hi@familyphotolab.com within 14 days with the page link. An accidental duplicate purchase is refunded too. Because the pictures are digital content made and delivered right away, by buying you ask us to deliver at once and, where the law allows, accept that the right of withdrawal ends on delivery; this does not limit other rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Refunds are paid by Waffo to the original payment method; a fully refunded set is removed from your account.

Please contact us before disputing a charge; we answer billing questions within two business days. If a payment is charged back or found fraudulent, we suspend the account.

We may change prices, models or these terms and will post changes here with a new date; changes never affect a purchase already made. To the extent the law allows, FamilyPhotoLab is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
